A NORTH INDIAN Fling
North Indian cuisine, characterized by its rich, hearty flavors, features a diverse array of dishes influenced by the Mughal Empire and Central Asian traditions. It prominently uses dairy products like yogurt, ghee, and paneer, and employs a robust blend of spices such as cumin, garam masala, and turmeric. Tandoori cooking is a hallmark, imparting a smoky flavor to meats and breads like tandoori chicken and naan. The cuisine is known for its creamy gravies in dishes like butter chicken and dal makhani, and its variety of breads, including roti and paratha. Regional specialties add to the diversity, with Punjab's makki di roti and Kashmir's rogan josh standing out. Accompaniments like pickles, raita, and chutneys enhance the meals, making North Indian cuisine celebrated for its richness and depth.
Flavors of Sri LAnka
Sri Lankan cuisine is a vibrant and aromatic blend of flavors, reflecting the island's diverse cultural heritage and tropical bounty. It is characterized by the extensive use of spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, and curry leaves, along with ingredients like coconut, rice, and fresh seafood. Dishes often feature a harmonious balance of heat, sweetness, and acidity, evident in staples like rice and curry, hoppers (fermented rice flour pancakes), and sambols (spicy condiments). Influences from Indian, Malay, and Dutch cuisines contribute to its unique culinary tapestry, making Sri Lankan food a flavorful and colorful experience.

A newly opened restaurant that serves North Indian cuisines. Less than a week old.
Very nice ambience with spacious seating arrangements. Clean surroundings and lots of breathing space. The table for 2 can be slightly bigger, but I generally loved the overall arrangement.
The servers are very courteous and efficient. They were prompt and gave service with a smile.
The waiting time for food is not long. The food's taste is great. They are planning to add the Sri Lankan dishes within a month.
There is a big area for major events (can hold 300-400 pax) and a conference room which can cater for small group meetings. Parking is ample and free. Payment can be made by QR, card, and cash.
Vegetarian options: Plenty. Check the pictures posted in the menu section.
